In the Spring of 2024, as part of my role as a volunteer Zoe Host, and with their support and part funding I was able to pilot 3 cookery classes at Brighton Food Partnership Training Kitchen.  This is a fantastic venue, fully equipped for 10-12 cooks, including an accessible work station. Brighton Food Partnership is a registered charity.  The booking fee includes all ingredients, lunch, refreshments.

Alex Chandler

What a brilliant and fun class! I really enjoyed the session and Judith was great at sharing her knowledge, keeping us all on track and ensuring that everyone got the most out of the time. The recipes were wonderful, very easy to replicate at home, and we all went away with a lot of delicious leftovers! I felt much more confident cooking with new ingredients after the class and felt very motivated to diversify my usual menus. I’d recommend Judith’s classes to anyone, whether an experienced cook or not. She is patient, enthusiastic and genuinely skilled as a facilitator.
