Learn how to use pea, bean, lentil, seed, nut flours etc as well as incorporating vegetables, beans and peas into your makes. We will make delicious flatbreads, pancakes and muffins using a variety of ingredients which you can taste over lunch, and take home recipes and your makes.

About the event
During this cookery class we will explore different flours and ingredients that can be used to make delicious bread alternatives. We will make 3 basic recipes flat breads, pancakes and muffins. You will be able to choose from a range of ingredients to suit your personal taste and dietary requirements eg vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free.
Lunch is provided which will accompany your makes so you can not only taste your own but sample others too.
All ingredients, lunch and refreshments included in the cost. BYO available. Aprons provided. You just need to bring yourself and containers to take your cooking home.
